Kooooos is the creative alter ego of Cape Town artist and designer Koos Groenewald. His work explores the vulnerability and tension of self-representation, especially around nudity, sex, and digital intimacy. Drawing from sources like nude selfies and sexts, he examines the fragile boundaries between public and private. At its core, his practice unpacks how we navigate control, exposure, and power in the ways we present ourselves to others and to ourselves.
